- The product must be handed over in original condition to the 3PL partner
- Returned items are inspected by the brand or its designated return centre
- Acceptance or rejection of returns is based on the brand’s inspection outcome and policy compliance

5.1 Refund Initiation
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and approved by the brand.
5.2 Mode of Refund
Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment:
- Online payments → original bank/card/UPI
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → bank transfer, wallet, or alternate method supported by Alteriorr
5.3 Refund Timeline
Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after return approval. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Partial Returns & Exchanges
