This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Alteriorr (“we”, “us”, “our”) through the website www.alteriorrsolutions.com or any associated digital platforms. Alteriorr operates as a marketplace and affiliate platform, where products are sold by independent brands and fulfilled directly by them or through their authorised logistics partners, with shipping coordination supported by Alteriorr.
By placing an order on Alteriorr, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
1.1 Order Confirmation
Upon successful placement of an order, customers will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or account notification confirming the order details.
1.2 Processing Timeline
Order processing is handled by the respective brand or fulfilment partner. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.
1.3 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by the respective brand, successful payment confirmation, and serviceability of the delivery address.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Fulfilment Responsibility
Products listed on Alteriorr are shipped directly by the brand or its authorised fulfilment partners. Alteriorr may facilitate logistics through its appointed third-party logistics (3PL) partners where applicable.
2.2 Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on:
- Product category
- Brand fulfilment location
- Delivery destination
- Logistics partner availability
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and are indicative in nature.
2.3 Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products sourced from different brands or warehouses may be shipped separately. Customers will be informed in such cases.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Free Shipping
Alteriorr offers free standard shipping on orders with a total order value of ₹499 or above, unless otherwise specified on the product page or during checkout.
3.2 Fixed Shipping Charges
For orders with a total order value below ₹499, a fixed shipping charge of ₹70 will be applicable.
3.3 Variable Shipping Charges
Notwithstanding the above, shipping charges may vary based on factors including but not limited to:
- Product shape
- Product size
- Product weight
- Special handling or delivery requirements
In such cases, Alteriorr reserves the right to apply revised shipping charges, which shall be clearly displayed to the customer during product payment and checkout prior to order confirmation.
3.4 Final Shipping Charges
The shipping charges shown at checkout shall be final and binding. By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay the applicable shipping charges as displayed.
4. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions
4.1 Serviceable Areas
Alteriorr currently delivers to most locations across India. Certain pin codes or remote locations may not be serviceable or may have extended delivery timelines.
4.2 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Delays or non- delivery arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details shall not be the responsibility of Alteriorr.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Tracking Information
Once an order is shipped, shipment tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp and will also be available in the Orders section of the customer’s Alteriorr account.
5.2 Tracking Updates
Tracking updates may include order dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered status.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Missed Deliveries
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the logistics partner may attempt redelivery as per standard delivery practices.
6.2 Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
In case of delayed delivery, lost shipments, or receipt of damaged products, customers are advised to contact Alteriorr Customer Support promptly. Resolution will be handled in coordination with the respective brand and logistics partner in accordance with the Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Contactless & Safe Delivery
Where applicable, contactless delivery options may be provided in accordance with health and safety guidelines issued by relevant authorities.
8. Policy Modifications
Alteriorr reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the platform with an updated Effective Date.
